OK, I want to start a Tyranid BFG fleet. I already have some models (A Hive ship, 2 scratchbuild cruisers and 6 scratchbuilt drone ships) though I have no idea whether they are usable in the rules or not, and I can download the Living Rulebook from the BFG website.

Unfortunatly, I have no idea where the actual Tyranid fleet list is, and as you can imagine, it is kinda vital. :)

I tried the BFG forum, but for some reason it wont work, so I guess here might be the next best option. Can anyone tell me where I can find the Fleet list is, please? :D

BFG: Armada

and there is a list in the articles section of the BFG site. Though I don't think it is the same as the Armada version. (There used to be an experimental list(s) online, but it looks like thery are gone now).

There is a decent article on there for using leftover Tyranid bits to make Hivefleet ships.

Anyhow, the BFG:Armada list is the most current version.

Brock, thank you very much. The Articles list should be good enough untill I get Armada. I take it Armada is the new boxed game/rules set?

The Tyranid articles on the BFG U.S. site are very old and the rules there aren't used for Tyranids anymore. The Armada book has extra fleets (Necrons, Dark Eldar, Tyranids, Tau) and some new scenarios, but the Tyranid rules there are the right ones (and more balanced). If you do want an up-to-date version of the Tyranids and know German, you can download them off the German specialist gaming website. Otherwise, I'd really reccomend buying Armada--it's not even that expensive.

Yea, I'll buy armada. I take it it has to be a mail order thing, huh? Since most of the specialist games range isnt actually stocked in-store.

Thanks for the help guys, much apreciated. :D
