I'm actually kind-of surprised that it hasn't been posted here already. FPS/RTS hybrid. Humans vs. Aliens. You can play as Aliens.

Let me rephrase.

Play as aliens.

You start as a 4 legged run-and-bite Skulk that can move on walls and ceilings. Save resources to upgrade to a support healer, a flying harrassment unit, a blink-in-kill-blink-out assault unit, or the giant tank on legs.

The humans stay human and can upgrade weapons to shotguns, flamethrowers, grenade launchers, jet packs, and eventually an Exo-suit with miniguns of blazing destruction.

I enjoy it immensely. I play the Marines poorly, but perhaps unsurprisingly, I am a decent Alien.

You can find the game on Steam (or at least that's where I did). Ran me about $25.

Just figured the swarmlings here might have wanted to know.
