Think I found a decent Gorgon list

Ok to start the spore mines and sporocycst are ment to disrupt Early games via DS and strategem <spore field> every thing else is straight forward is deep and set up easy kills, but also capable of playing some defense since this is 120xgants with reinforcing. Obviously the tyranofex are intended to sit in front of objectives and become a living road block while the screamer killers do the mele support. I chose SK because they offer some versatility in fire support and melee. I chose hive fleet Gorgon because of it's relic and warlord trait on tervigon to make her a bit more survivable and the miasma for detouring melee some if they get in range. Aside from that Mama's only tasks is sit on objectives and make more baby nids. SL is chosen for his hive Commander to help shuffle the gants to help fodder into more controllable positions. Of course he can also use it himself to quickly move across the feild. The double sporocycst mid and late game is to spit out free spore mine clusters and hopefully detouring melee units once more from my desired positions.

It's a bit over complex at first but take a moment to think of the game as progressing. Littering the table with units that deliver mortal wounds means they have to be delt with and if a vulnerable unit sits to long it will be over whelmed to explosive balloons. And as long as Gants can stay behind the line of balloons they get to shoot freely with minimal risk of being charged, if they are the charging unit should be severely damaged. And of course fexes and SL to Clean up.

It's a very control based list and has the utility to drop down to a 1500 list dropping a unit of Gant and a fex unit/2. And further reduce to a 1k by dropping the remaining fex or combination of with Gants. Building upwards it could make a nice core for a campaign list.

Sounds pretty good to me.
But as i haven´t played (yet) with the new codex, i can´t really tell you what will work and what not.

Please let us know how your list worked out.

Just waiting for someone to show up with a army enough to test it. In theory it Should make a literal wall of spore mines and let the flesh bore barrage chew on anything wounded enough
