Besides Daemons (question in another forum board) I might be up against Imperial Guard tonight. He's built up his armor nicely but even then I don't believe he has more than five vehicles in his force. He will spend some money on a strategic asset AV10 Cannon S8 AP3, LG Blast template that he'll plunk in a corner to make life miserable.

Here's my list:
== HQ ==
Tyranid Prime (1) - Deathspitter, Lash Whip And Bonesword, Regeneration, Fleet (earned ability) = 115 pts.

== Elites ==
Zoanthrope Brood (160 pts.)
Zoanthrope (2) = 120 pts.
Mycetic Spore (1) = 40 pts.
Hive Guard Brood (140 pts.)
Hive Guard (2) = 100 pts.
Mycetic Spore (1) = 40 pts. (By way of Space Port Strategic asset)
Hive Guard (1) = 50 pts.

== Troops ==
Tyranid Warrior Brood (4) - Devourer, Rending Claws, Toxin Sacs = 160 pts.
Termagant Brood (10) - Fleshborer = 50 pts.
Genestealer Brood (10) - Scything Talons, Toxin Sacs = 190 pts.
Tervigon (1) - Cluster Spines, AG, Toxin Sacs, Cat = 195 pts.

== Heavy Support ==
Carnifex Brood (240 pts.)
Carnifex (1) - Scything Talons, Twin-Linked Devourer - Brainleech Worms, Bio-Plasma, Frag Spines = 200 pts.
Mycetic Spore (1) = 40 pts.

== Total ==
1300 pts.

With the buildings I will control at the start of the battle reserves will start arriving Turn 2 on a roll of 2 or better so most if not all of my reserves should flood the field. My plan is to put the Zoans and Carnifex on one flank and the Hive Guard on the other and start blowing armor open. Depending on the scenario I'll either reserve everything and come on all at once basically in turn 2 or do the following: Either the Warriors or the initial Termagant brood will sit back and hold any objective in my deployment zone. He has not deepstrike/outflank capabilties that I'm aware of. Prime will deploy with the Genestealers in cover and fleet into combat. Hive Guard and Tervigon will advance absorbing and giving fire for the first turn.

I've got 100 points I can apply to allied forces. I can go with two more Hive Guard as I'll have another building that allows for a fourth Elite choice. I could purchase a batch of orks with a Nob and Power Klaw. Or I could purchase 5 Plaguebearers and use them to tie up any infantry in the open.

What changes would you suggest?
