I have made a few and haven't played them much yet but I wanted to post them here and get peoples thoughts.

So the first list has 3 trygons and 3 large units of hormagaunts all pop up at the end of turn 1 or whenever is needed. They all have adrenaline glands so 8" charges means some of the 6 units should get it. I use the hormagaunts to tie stuff up and the trygons to do the real damage. At the same time the 2 unit of genestealers that move super fast follow up and help wherever is needed (the first wave is struggling on) and the hive guard deal with flyers from outside LOS or other big targets that need to be softened up. The malanthropes provide synapse and -1BS to the hive guard.

2nd list is just fun carnifex spam. I am hopefully going to try this one tonight but I think its going to lose badly to horde armies, which is what I am playing against-orks!

Then I have a GSC list. The 3 primus go with the genestealers so I can try try to get some first turn assaults. Scout sentinels flame stuff (1st turn if I go first) and then everything else follows up in the rockgrinders. I don't feel like GSC is that strong in 8th-(without playing a single game with them yet lol). Just being T3, 5+ and cover only adding +1 now, I don't see them surviving at all. Before you could get shrounding etc and they at least had a decent save with cover, now they will die like guardsmen and are way more points then in 7th for most stuff.
